🛡️ Warranty Types & Coverage

1. Product Warranty – 12 Years

  • Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

  • Ensures the module is free from defects under normal installation and operating conditions

  • Starts from the date of purchase or installation (whichever is earlier)

2. Performance Warranty – 25 Years

  • Guarantees a minimum power output over time

  • Linear performance warranty ensures:

    • ≥ 97.5% power output in year 1

    • ≤ 0.7% annual degradation from year 2

    • ≥ 90% power output at year 10

    • ≥ 80% power output at year 25

  • Solar cell integrity

  • Junction box and diodes

  • Lamination and backsheet

  • Frame and front tempered glass

  • Internal soldering and interconnections

❌ Exclusions (Not Covered Under Warranty)

  • Damage due to external events (storm, fire, flood, vandalism, lightning)

  • Improper installation, handling, or storage

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Use of non-compatible inverters or components

  • Soiling, shading, or damage due to bird droppings or chemicals

  • Transportation damage post-delivery

  2. Enter your module serial number, installation date, and invoice details

  3. Upload installation photos (optional but recommended)

  4. Submit and receive digital warranty certificate via email

To file a warranty claim:

  • Provide:

    • Module serial number(s)

    • Invoice/Proof of purchase

    • Photos/videos of the defect

    • Site installation details

Our support team will initiate a remote diagnosis and, if needed, send an authorized technician for inspection and resolution.
